Earth's Crammed With Heaven

This series originally came together to fit the space in Sojourn Church's new facility.  You can see an installation of the original prints below.  I wanted to create something that fit the transcendence of the architecture, but was as much this-worldly as other-worldly.

The title comes from Elizabeth Barrett Browning's book Aurora Leigh.  With a little more context, it reads:

"Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God:

But only he who sees, takes off his shoes,
The rest sit round it, and pluck blackberries"

Only a little related - I'm going to Haiti.  During the first week of October I'll be spending my time photographing the people and places of rural Haiti.  While there, I'm also hoping to completed some Assisted Self-Portraits with kids too.  The trip is set up to serve Global Vision Citadelle Ministries.  So... to help pay for the trip I'm hoping to sell some prints from the recently completed "Earth's Crammed With Heaven" series.

12x16" framed prints - $50.
24x32" framed prints - $250.
